Refund Policy

RehearsalBuddy (rehearsalbuddyapp.com) is operated by Ofir Maor (sole proprietor).

Purchases in US dollars and other international currencies are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles orders, payments, billing support and refunds.

14-day refund

If you're not happy with a purchase — the one-time voice minutes package or the monthly subscription — you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

• Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used, and request a refund there, or
• email us at bealpe.help@gmail.com with the email address of your account, and we'll take care of it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

Monthly subscription

• You can cancel anytime from your profile. After you cancel, there are no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• The 14-day refund applies to each charge — the first one and every renewal.

Purchases in shekels (₪)

Purchases in shekels (₪) are processed directly by us and are covered by our terms of use (Hebrew).
